Return, Refund & Exchange
Our 100% guarantee ensures that you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 60 days for an exchange or prompt refund.
We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
We cannot accept off-line return. Please email to our customer care team first. Please do not go straight to the warehouse.
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
There is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning any part of your order, please email to Aron@originalfajas.com and inform us with your order id and the reason why you want to return. Our customer service team will receive your request and reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.
Once your order is refunded, you will be notified via an email.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

If the reason for the return is not due to quality issues or our mistake, you are responsible for the cost of the freight.
We recommend checking the size chart to find your size before placing an order. If you find items that don’t fit you when you get your items, please feel free to contact us.
